Türkan works as a singer in order to send her sister Filiz to school. However, she always has problems with her bosses because she does not work as a hostess. After a while, Filiz finishes school and starts working in a factory. In time, she falls in love with Ayhan, the boss she works with. Türkan quits singing when she cannot get along with her last boss. She gets a job at the factory where Filiz works. Unaware of Filiz's love, Ayhan and Türkan start to fall in love.
