He Is My Enemy, Partner and Father-In-Law

A police officer trying to catch a serial killer comes up with a unique plan with which to trap him. He announces that a small-time crook is the only witness to the killer's most recent crime. The crook and his mother must then move in with the cop to give the plan credibility, making for one unique hybrid of a family.
