Marie, Monika, Sárka, Blanka, Renata, these are just few names of the girls who stay at a boarding-house of the textile vocational school. Each of the girls is different, each has her own fate. The serious and sensitive Marie shares a room with Sárka, a girl from a children's home and superficial Monika, who is confident due to her provocative beauty and a rich family background.
