Petit déjeuner compris

An ordinary provincial couple, Marie-Louise and Gauthier Leroux, find themselves suddenly transported to the heart of Paris, in the Latin Quarter, having inherited a small hotel, the Hôtel Buque, which belonged to an elderly relative, nicknamed La Buque. She died in a kitchen explosion and was beloved by the staff and regulars. While awaiting the hotel's sale, Marie-Louise manages its day-to-day operations. But she eventually grows attached to it.
