Tempête

Tells the story of John Korlick, a famous adventurer, international crook. In New York he sets up a scam which consists in selling black people a lotion which is supposed to make their frizzy hair flat. In the sights of American justice, he takes refuge in Paris where he launches a huge phantom subscription to create a strong hypothetical artificial sea, in the middle of the Saharan desert.
