Eine kleine Jazzmusik

In the villa of classmate Paddy, who was expelled from high school due to his mixed background, his former classmates meet, obsessed with jazz and the desire to start their own band. They succeed, and when Paddy's father marries Zuzana, whose parents are in a concentration camp, the band also gets a singer. Zuzana and Paddy fall in love. Classmates are preparing a concert, but it will be endangered by the ban on high school principals, according to which students may not perform in public after 7 p.m. By a fake invitation, Zuzana lures the director to Prague, where she is to be awarded the Protectorate for her pedagogical merits.
