Gabriella Rydbeck, together with a number of members from the environmental organization Alpha, is carrying out a command operation against the nuclear waste vessel Hera. The action leads to devastating consequences for Gabriella and her family. Isabelle does not find herself in her sister's fate, but embarks on a dizzying search for the truth.
