Happy (1960)

Its central character is Happy, a "talking baby," played alternately by twins David and Steven Born. Happy's parents, played by Yvonne Lime and Ronnie Burns, run a motel in Palm Springs. It's light, the twins are cute, and Lloyd Corrigan as Uncle Charlie sometimes makes the canned laughter sound sincere. Happy, is not likely to be contagious. This has a small baby making with the big jokes.
