Die tolle Lola

The lively and cheerful Parisian Lola Cornero is a spirited dancer who is supposed to perform in the Berlin Varieté of director Carlo Werner. However, he has not yet noticed that she is falling in love with him. Desperate Lola takes advice from the down-to-earth and experienced Nelly artist's pension. Nelly advises her to pretend in front of her loved one that she is leading an incredibly exciting life in order to make herself interesting for him. A former acquaintance of Lola, the young scientist Dr. Hugo Bendler, help.
