Co-hosted by owner of Anne-Marie Withenshaw restaurants and world-renowned Montreal chef Chuck Hughes, A Couteaux Tires features two Quebec chefs weekly who compete amicably in a bold and crazy competition. The winner will be the one who manages to impress the jury, Chuck, Anne-Marie and a surprise guest. The only reward: Honor! The rules are strict: One hour, three secret ingredients and 2 courses. Leaders must improvise with often unrecognized ingredients in a very short period, under the eye of a group of spectators who sometimes applaud or sometimes distract the contestants, all in the authentic setting of a restaurant with the style and atmosphere of a nightclub.
