After the conclusion of the Battle City Tournament, deep below the sands of Egypt, an ancient evil has awakened. Anubis, who was defeated centuries ago by Yugi’s mysterious alter ego – the ancient Pharaoh – has returned for revenge. In this special, a myterious evildoer is fed up with the bad guys losing to the good guys all the time. He steals the broadcast codes of the Fox Box and breaks it before giving each piece to the likes of "Kirby: Right Back at Ya's" King Dedede, DMP member Dialbolic from "Ultimate Muscle," "Cubix's" Dr. K, Dr. Eggman from "Sonic X," and The Shredder from "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles." The Funky Cops overhear this plot and set out to stop them. The Turtle see a preview of "The Shaman King" before setting out to find parts of the code. They are joined by Cubix, Kid Muscle, Kirby, and Sonic the Hedgehog. Can the good guys along with 1,000,000 viewers watching this special stop the bad guys and save their Saturday Morning block? Or will the villains be victorious for once? Well, how much do you want to bet on any side?

When four pet turtles were bathed in alien ooze, they began to mutate and became the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Raised in New York City sewers by their foster father and wise sensei, Master Splinter, Leonardo, Michelangelo, Donatello, and Raphael wage war against crime. A teenager named Tom, whose friend Kaz constantly tells him of his adventures in Chaotic. Tom, who believes that Chaotic is only a card game, thinks that Kaz is making things up, until he entered a password he received from the game, transporting him to the world of Chaotic.

After a strange and devastating attack on his home, a young boy named Rai is shocked to discover he’s a secret descendent of the Tigeroids: an ancient race of peaceful beings locked in a struggle with the ruthless and cunning Dragonoids. In a parallel universe called Suhn, the Tigeroids and Dragonoids are battling furiously to recover 500 lost tai chi characters. Whoever retrieves these precious and potent symbols will possess the ultimate power to rule their realm... and destroy their enemies. As Rai hones his innate tai chi skills to fight the Dragonoids, he must find the lost tai chi and battle to become one of the champion Tai Chi Chasers!
