Rachel is a rambunctious girl from a polygamist colony in southern Utah. On Rachel’s 15th birthday, she finds a forbidden cassette tape. Having never seen anything like it before, Rachel plays the cassette tape, and finds glorious rock & roll thereupon. Weeks later, Rachel realizes a miracle has occurred - and the cassette tape must have something to do with it. She leaves her family and runs away to the closest city: Las Vegas. There she searches for the singer of the band on the cassette tape.

It may seem like it, but victims of stalking are not just celebrities and those in the public eye; the widely-misunderstood crime affects millions of people in the United States each year, people who are in perpetual fear for their lives; criminal psychologist Dr. Michelle Ward -- a stalking victim herself -- presents stories of the crimes and explores the twisted psychology of those who committed them; victims and their families also recount their personal experiences and provide firsthand insight into effective steps they took to protect themselves; Dr. Ward offers practical tips that viewers can use to keep themselves safe.

Longtime collaborators Michael Ian Black and Michael Showalter (co-founders of The State comedy troupe, which spawned the same-named MTV show) join forces once again for this twist on narrative and sketch comedies that features the duo as hosts of their own fictitious sketch show. Behind the scenes, viewers see the two Michaels wrestling with how best to run the show, while they simultaneously confront their own issues of insecurity and jealousy as they try to undermine each other.
