In June of 2007, the re-united Smashing Pumpkins eschewed a traditional US tour and opted for an experimental art installation in the form of two residencies in Asheville, NC and San Francisco, CA. The documentary "If All Goes Wrong" traces the band over this period from the opening note to the final chord.

The Smashing Pumpkins capture a powerful performance of their latest album Oceania from start to finish. The set was performed at Brooklyn, New York's Barclays Center in December 2012 and features the critically acclaimed, gloriously melodic new compositions of 'Quasar,' 'The Chimera,' 'The Celestials' and 'Pinwheels.' The Pumpkins broke into an additional 10 song set of fan favorites including 'Cherub Rock,' 'Bullet With Butterfly Wings' and 'Tonight, Tonight' as well as an incredible cover of David Bowie's 'Space Oddity'.

After Jay Leno's second retirement from the program, Jimmy Fallon stepped in as his permanent replacement. After 42 years in Los Angeles the program was brought back to New York.
