20 volunteers agree to take part in a seemingly well-paid experiment advertised by the university. It is supposed to be about aggressive behavior in an artificial prison situation. A journalist senses a story behind the ad and smuggles himself in among the test subjects. They are randomly divided into prisoners and guards. What seems like a game at the beginning soon turns into bloody seriousness.

While getting a beer in the police canteen, Docker is spied on by the BKA for a special secret mission: an attack is planned on an Indian maharajah during his visit to Germany. In the operation 'Falscher Hase' (False Rabbit), Docker is to serve as convincing personal protection. Shortly afterwards, he finds himself disguised as a double in an ambassador's limousine - opposite him is the maharajah's little prince and his beautiful Italian chaperone Selinda, with whom he promptly falls in love. When he brags to his colleague Dretzke about the whole affair, it leads to a chain of dramatic but also wonderfully funny events in which the model boys find themselves in dire need of an explanation.

A business trip to Cologne changes Fred's life. After an assault, he wakes up in hospital and can't remember anything, not even his name. The Turkish nurse Sezen takes care of the amnesiac. While searching for his identity, the two grow closer. But their young happiness is in danger.

The series, currently in its sixth season, is set in Cologne, with German actor Bastian Pastewka starring as a fictionalized version of himself. It has been compared to Seinfeld and Larry David's Curb Your Enthusiasm. The series was awarded, among others, the Rose d'Or and the German Television Prize. Series was directed by Joseph Orr and Jan Markus Linhof.
