Chow tries to help his client, but is fish out of water when he has to fight this court room case according to western rules.

Police Cadet '84 was a TV series which included such stars in TVB as Tony Leung, Maggie Cheung, and notably, Carina Lau. The story centered on a couple of young "cadets" in the Police Cadet School.
