1939: The remains of the Spanish Republican Army crossed the French border. Among the exiles are Lluís Companys, President of the Generalitat de Catalunya, and also Aguirre, President of the Basque Government. The Mitoaroa concert series consists of performances given by the band Zetak—led by singer Pello Reparaz—in three Basque capitals during 2025 and 2026.
