Located at a great summer resort near the beach, the Pocket Pool billiards hall is the place to be. But the "evil land developer" Bennington Snide is on the verge of foreclosing on the beloved establishment, and his mean girl twin daughters Penelope and Melanie are pushing to make it happen even faster.
