Ljubljana 2013, three 35-year-olds, three stories from the toilet. Azra, a successful artist, is all alone and cries. Jurcek, a father to be, doesn't want to be gay. Poet doesn't know whether to roam or not to roam. This film is a cursory look into their lives.

Jirka, Roman, and Ivan have been friends since school. Today they are about 35 and, although they went into different fields, their friendship has lasted. In time, the parents are no longer able to bear their burden, which is thus increasingly weighing their children down. In Slovenia, the story from The Basics of Killing occurs on a daily basis, but it could happen anywhere. To those familiar with the phenomenon, the film will be a painful experience, to others, may it be a warning.

Luisa and Erika are prototypes of young women who plunge into relationships with the "wrong" men. Luisa wants to become an actress, which upsets her husband Igor to no end. A portrait of a family in a constant state of calm before the inevitable storm of discontent and discovered lies.

The story is set in the 112 information center, the main protagonists are two sisters, Aleša and Mia. While Aleša struggles with burnout, Mia tries to find her place in this world. While saving the hardships and lives of others, will the sisters also be able to save their own?

This time the detectives deal with the case of a murdered professor. One day a cleaning woman finds him shot to death in his own study. The detectives will thus investigate whether the murder is connected with the victim's persistent effort for the removal of the University's quaestor because of the latter's strange machinations during the reconstruction of the University building. And they'll also want to know why the murderer took the great risk involved in killing the victim on the university soil. The search for the answer to the question who could wish the death of the peculiar but honest professor will take them farther than they have expected.
