Will Balot find the chip in time, while still dodging Boiled and his now mad search for her and Oeufcoque?

An decides to stay on the island because of a patient that her father cared about. A massive typhoon soon hits the island and a landslide then occurs. An unknown infectious disease spreads afterwards on the island. Iori knows that An is struggling on the remote island and he makes a decision for An and the residents of the island.

Ayumu Miyamoto is not passionate about his duties on the mountain medical team. Things change as he works more with the team members. Meanwhile, Gakuto Emori (Nao Omori) is a circulatory physician who works at the same hospital and is a member of the medical treatment team. Although Gakuto Emori does his job well, he has trauma from his past that he tries to overcome.
