At a petrol station on Lake Wörthersee, Peter meets his summer love from last year, the enchanting Billy, again and there is a new spark between the two. Much to Freddy's chagrin, the vacation plans are now moved from Italy to Lake Wörthersee without further ado. But, of course, there are one or two hares to catch here too, and so they enjoy themselves in a cozy summer retreat. Things only get complicated when Peter's three ex-girlfriends turn up.

Tommy and Mike operate a famous pirate radio station, Germany's most listened-to radio station. The police and the operators of the Bavarian Broadcast Company try to stop their illegal broadcast.

Eduard von Bittermagen and his friend Professor Pfiff, indulge in an amusing hobby. They take every opportunity to bet on anything. Their latest bet: Bittermagen claims that his nephew Tommi, a young rascal and the Professor's young daughter Julia will become a couple although the two are actually not crazy about each other. Of course, Pfiff bets against it. But then Bittermagen uses a macabre trick. He acts as if his last hour had come and summons Tommi and Julia to his "deathbed". He offers his immense heritage to both of them-if they solve a problem.

At first he only wants to see his son from a distance, but when he sees him he decides to start all over again.

Ein Fall für zwei is a German television series, which premiered on September 11, 1981 on ZDF. The series, located in Frankfurt am Main, features two main characters who solve crimes: a defense attorney and a private investigator. Josef Matula, a former German police officer, has gone into private business. His method of investigation is very effective and direct, and he sometimes even resorts to dirty tricks. Claus Theo Gärtner has portrayed the role since the start of the series.
