Evidence disappears into the labyrinth of bureaucracy. He is humiliated in public and online. In the local press, his boss even labels him an “uhljeb”, the Croatian slur for a “lazy bureaucratic parasite”. All of this takes place in the city of Split, where the breakup of Yugoslavia has left its mark.

A woman is recruited by REDSHIFT INC., and through various assignments comes to terms with its grand and sinister purpose, its treacherous employees, and her new-found role as a corporate entropist.

The show follows a special police unit dedicated to fighting organized crime and major criminal networks, including street gangs, biker gangs, Italian/Irish/Lebanese mafias, and Mexican cartels.
