The seer Joãozinho de Dagmar predicts the end of the world, throwing the population of the fictional town of Tabacópolis into a panic. Everyone engages in crazy behavior in anticipation of the supposed apocalypse.

The story of three characters in a brothel room: the prostitute Neusa Sueli, the gigolo Vado and the homosexual Veludo speak of their lives and expose their marginality.
