Zizo begins to chase Kamal and events unfold.

Ma'moun works in a bank and he has Kleptomania. He steals a precious necklace while he is at a party hosted by the businessman Naguib. He meets Sonia, who turns out to be an informant for the police.

When Amira gets fed up with her uptight father, she runs away and seeks refuge with Gharib who works for her father. Gharib gets a letter from his friend Fekry who lives in the US, asking to find him a bride. Amira asks Gharib to recommend her to his friend.

After her husband’s death, Saniya raises her three daughters alone and becomes determined to marry them off to wealthy men, even selling everything to move to an upscale neighborhood.

In a dramatic context, the events of the series deal with the changes of the social relations between the Shazli family members and its head, Mahmoud, from the Royal era until the events of 1952.
