A young man, Aren, is recruited into a secret society of magical Black people who dedicate their lives to a cause of utmost importance: making white people’s lives easier.

A nonconforming granddaughter (with shaved temples and piercing) comes to a retirement house to film a documentary about her boisterous grandmother who survived the Holocaust and Auschwitz. They are divided by more than half a century, they are united by their uncompromising attitude, but they are able to find a common language. This chamber conversational drama about dialogue across two generations states that as long as you argue, as long as you disagree, as long as you can raise your voice - you are alive. The granddaughter is played by the film’s director Daniella Rabbani (who also appeared in minor parts in The Americans and Ocean's 8), and to her, Oma is an adaptation of a personal experience. “When I was a child, my grandparents didn’t tell me about how they survived the Holocaust. My grandfather made attempts to open up, but I would always change the subject. I had no idea about the cleansing effect that such conversations could have”

Julie's son is dying of cancer and her marriage falling apart. She goes to Poland in search of a man who can heal using his hands. Julie finds not only a magical cure for her son, but also comes across a love so pure it begins to heal the aching in her heart.

This short explores the pain of unrealized romantic potential with a backwards timeline that will heighten its dreamlike cinematic tone.

A group of local animal control workers' lives are complicated by the fact that animals are simple, but humans are not. Leading the crew is Frank, an opinionated, eccentric animal control officer who may not have gone to college but is still the most well-read person in the room. In his past life as a cop, Frank tried to expose corruption in his department, but his efforts got him fired, leaving him cynical and curmudgeonly. Despite his rough exterior, he is blessed with an almost superhuman ability to understand animals.
