The Harald Schmidt Show is a German late night talk show hosted on Sky Deutschland by comedian Harald Schmidt. The show first aired from 5 December 1995 to 23 December 2003 on Sat.1. Schmidt then moved his show to Das Erste as Harald Schmidt and Schmidt & Pocher, but he returned to Sat.1 on 13 September 2011. After cancellation on Sat.1, the show continued on Sky Deutschland in September 2012.

Verbotene Liebe is a German television soap opera Verbotene Liebe was initially based on original story and character outlines from the Australian soap opera Sons and Daughters, before evolving into a show of its own as the series progressed. The show originally focused on two core families: the wealthy Anstetten family and the middle-class Brandner family. More specifically, it dealt with the story of Jan Brandner and Julia von Anstetten, two strangers whose fascination for each other leads them to fall in love, neither of them cognizant of the fact that they are twins separated by their parents. It is this story of forbidden love that gave the series its title.

Der Kommissar is a German television series about a group of detectives of the Munich homicide squad. All 97 episodes, which were shot in black-and-white and first broadcast between 1969 and 1976, were written by Herbert Reinecker and starred Erik Ode as Kommissar Herbert Keller. Keller's assistants were Walter Grabert, Robert Heines, and Harry Klein who, in 1974, was replaced by his younger brother Erwin Klein.

The forester Auer is found killed on a Sunday in the forest, and the police begin a feverish search for the culprit. Only Pastor Gruber already knows who it is. In quiescence, he wants to find out whether he still can handle the burden of the priesthood. Senior Pastor Bachmayer, however, is convinced that he will return.

Eduard von Bittermagen and his friend Professor Pfiff, indulge in an amusing hobby. They take every opportunity to bet on anything. Their latest bet: Bittermagen claims that his nephew Tommi, a young rascal and the Professor's young daughter Julia will become a couple although the two are actually not crazy about each other. Of course, Pfiff bets against it. But then Bittermagen uses a macabre trick. He acts as if his last hour had come and summons Tommi and Julia to his "deathbed". He offers his immense heritage to both of them-if they solve a problem.

Rieke Schmidt is the pastor of the Protestant congregation of Nazareth Church in Munich-Bogenhausen. Especially as she has a new colleague, priest Toni Seidl, whose charm is causing her a lot of turmoil. She also has to take care of the many worries in her parish, especially her best friend Petra Keller, whose daughter Jessica, Rieke's godchild, has leukemia...

Jakob Feierabend has a hard time. Everywhere he applies for work, he is rejected. The reason is his last name. He also fails as a waiter in a Chinese restaurant. As a salesman he makes a house call and lets himself be nibbled by the green widow Clothilde Rieker. When suddenly the husband comes home, he has to flee, wrapped in an orange bed sheet. In doing so, he is mistaken by a reception committee for the announced guru. From now on he resides as a guru in the castle of Countess Falkenberg. Jakob's friend Tommi turns this delusion into a lively source of money.
