"The Love We Make", a film directed by Albert Maysles ("Gimme Shelter") and Bradley Kaplan, follows Paul McCartney as he journeys through the streets of New York City in the aftermath of the destruction of the World Trade Center on September 11th, 2001. It also chronicles the planning and performance of the benefit concert that took place less than six months after the attacks: "The Concert For New York City".

In 2002, a 60-year old McCartney refocused the attention on his musicianship, staging a massive live concert in Cleveland, Ohio. The superstar, who went on to form the popular rock group Wings and had several hit records as a solo artist, performs a track list that covers all three phases of his long and prolific career, including the hits "Eleanor Rigby," "Live And Let Die," "Blackbird," "The Long And Winding Road," and "Mother Nature's Son." The concert footage featured on the standard edition of the set was directed by Paul Becher, who has overseen live visuals for McCartney for over 200 performances. The performances were shot in high definition using 15 cameras and digital footage incorporated from 75 flipcams handed out to fans over the course of the three night stand.[ The audio mix, in both stereo and 5.1, was handled by longtime Beatles engineer Geoff Emerick, and also longtime McCartney engineer Paul Hicks, whose credits include the recent Beatles remasters, The Beatles Anthology and Let It Be... Naked, and two Grammy awards for his mixing work on the Beatles' Love album.

Mylenium Tour is Mylène Farmer's 1999-2000 concert tour in support of her fifth studio album, Innamoramento. According to the French magazine Instant-Mag, the "Mylenium Tour is more beautiful [than the 1996 tour] by the originality of the selection of songs, the grandiose stage, an entry even more impressive, and especially an overwhelming and perfect end, perhaps more comparable to that of the 1989 tour." More than 450,000 people attended the concert series that cost more than 20 million euros. A musical channel of the Russian television, MUZ TV, elected "Mylenium Tour" as the best concert in the world.
