Peter Hartung, a student at the technical college, just wanted to take his little brother Paul to boarding school. On the way there, his friend Hans Werner tries to persuade him to swap roles. Peter wouldn't dream of going to school for Hans, but only changes his mind when he makes the acquaintance of Christa, who works at the neighboring fashion school. He has no idea that Christa has just broken off her engagement to Dr. Werner, his future literature teacher. The lessons with his jealous ex-fiancé turn into a gauntlet, but this does nothing to dampen the general good mood. Brother Paul also causes a lot of excitement. Not a day goes by without him plotting a prank. Within the sacred school walls, the wildest boarding school comedy since the introduction of compulsory education unfolds - explosions, police action and fire alarms - but principal Dr. Schwabmann takes it all in his stride.

In Hamburg, the general manager of Merkur Insurance is full of praise for his top-selling agent, Harry Weber. As a reward for his services, he grants him his heart's desire: a pilot's license. Naturally, the flight school is located in an idyllic small town that the insurance company hasn't yet developed. Everyone now considers Harry the strict headmaster, and who would refuse him the good advice to sign a contract with Merkur? Until the two brothers finally come face to face, they trigger the most confusing situations, which culminate in a joyful happy ending with a lap of honor followed by a crash landing.

The professionals are to use the inspiring surroundings to develop a new advertising concept for ÖBB. Various stories are embedded, in each of which the railroad naturally plays a leading role.

The (male) members of the "Fussballclub Reith" are so focused on their passion for football playing that their neglected wives plot against them to "force" them back into fulfilling their "marital duties"...

Musikantenstadl is a live television entertainment program broadcast in the German language throughout Austria, Germany, and Switzerland. It features Austrian, Swiss, and German popular folk music, international pop and folk music as well as interviews and comedy. As a production of Eurovision, is co-produced by the Österreichischer Rundfunk, Bayerischer Rundfunk and Schweizer Fernsehen. Aside from the live television broadcasts it also tours in Austria and Germany as live concerts. It is currently hosted by Andy Borg and its location of broadcast varies between towns in different regions in Austria, Germany, and Switzerland. The show could be compared to being a much larger German version of the UK 1970's entertainment show The Wheeltappers and Shunters Social Club. However Musikantenstadl consists of a large ski lodge Set construction and not a Social Club.
