Nearly a decade ago, Xander De Rycke took to the stage armed with nothing more than a dozen pages of jokes and a slideshow filled with screenshots. What began as a small internet show grew, thanks to a loyal fanbase, into a phenomenon that managed to fill nine Lotto Arenas. Today, the show is known as the most spectacular end-of-year comedy conference in Flanders. In 2025, that success reaches its peak in the country’s largest venue: the AFAS Dome in Antwerp. Not just the 2025 edition of ‘Houdt het voor bekeken’, but a true celebration of everything that has made ten years of #HHVB what it is. Expect a barrage of sharp jokes, affectionate nods to past shows, and of course contributions from both friends and “frenemies”.

The creator of the popular podcast "Mosselen om half twee" (Mussels at half past one) is releasing a special about his secret love: the Flemish media landscape. Over the past year, De Rycke has watched just about every Flemish film and TV program.

Ronaldinho is being groomed by Boma and Goedele to become the new CEO of Boma Meat Industry NV. But his heart lies more with soccer—and with Niki, his new flame. While the Champions prepare a promotional stunt to launch the 'Viva Boma' sausage during the Aalst Carnival, eternal enemies Fernand and DDT see their chance to eliminate the Champions for good.

In October and November 2017, Xander will be back on stage with a second special about his secret love: the Flemish media landscape. Over the past year, De Rycke has watched just about every Flemish film and TV program. With "Xander De Rycke houdt het voor bekeken" (Xander De Rycke calls it quits), he gives the audience a razor-sharp overview. This fall, Xander will take a close look at everything from September 2016 to September 2017. From strong fiction to weak reality and from blockbusters to box office flops. Nothing has escaped his gaze. His conclusion? You'll have to hear it for yourself on the evening itself. But for now, he's calling it quits.

Uw Zoete 666 was, accordingly to some, the best comedy debute of the last past years. Xander has toured for 2 years with this show, and claimed is position in the Belgian comedy circuit. He's here to stay, and this show proves it!

Tighter than Natalia's cleaning crew, more viewers than the successor to F.C. De Kampioenen and even harder back than Bart De Pauw. Also in 2024, 'Xander De Rycke keeps it up' returns to Lotto Arena Antwerp. And the bar is set high. Doing better than last year seems to many an impossible mission, but Xander is not afraid of a challenge.

Xander De Rycke, still Belgium's youngest professional comedian and yet already a veteran, presents his greatest hits in 'Ten years on the road, two hours of fun'. Xander De Rycke is the court jester of a generation. His trilogy has come to an end, and the time is ripe to look back on 'Uw Zoete 666' (Your Sweet 666), 'Mijn Zwarte Parade' (My Black Parade), and 'Zijn Derde Show' (His Third Show). Who, oh who, is the smartest person in Flanders, Belgium, Europe, and by extension, the world? That is determined by a fierce battle between three fellow human beings. Every day, someone is eliminated, someone who may not be the smartest, but who is perhaps cherished in their family circle because of their many other talents. The others advance and are joined by a new challenger every day.

Two teams of three well-known Flemish people compete against each other with the aim of testing their knowledge about the behavior and habits of the Flemish. In the meantime, the BVs themselves expose their souls in witty and often surprising anecdotes and revelations. The result: a panel show that holds up a mirror to the viewer at home. Because what's more fun than having a good laugh at ourselves?
