Soof is reaching 40 and has everything she ever wanted: three children, a small catering business, a sweet husband Kasper and a lovely home. Until she starts asking herself: 'is this all there is'?

After her marriage comes undone, Soof has to re-invent herself and get her tumultuous life back on track.

Sophie (Soof) finally seems to have her life back on track. She's happy, her restaurant is booming and her kids are ready to leave the nest. As usual, Soof tries to keep way too many balls in the air at the same time. Then she gets some bad news at the same time her daughter Sacha comes home from abroad to introduce her fiancée. Soof gracefully embraces her daughter's upcoming wedding as an excuse to bury her head in the sand. Soof must learn to accept help from her loved ones and that she's worthy of their concern.

Now officially divorced, Sophie and Kasper are trying to find a way of living their new lives. How do you deal with your ex finding a new partner? In the meantime, everyday life continues with its normal challenges, like having teenagers around the house and an intervening mother. The series' focus is again on the smart dialogue and relatable characters. Despite their imperfections and flaws, you still have to love them.
