A passenger of a hijacked airliner who happens to be an airplane engineer works to deactivate a chemical weapons bomb after the hijackers kill the pilot and threaten to kill all the passengers on the plane.

After Jane's first marriage collapses, she and her new husband Patrick Brody attempt to build a new life and move to a new state. However, her ex-husband follows them with a view to revenge.

A charismatic basketball star (Holt McCallany) is accused of rape. A lawyer (Ken Olin) in need of a big win is brought in to get the star off. We follow these characters as they struggle to achieve success while maintaining the friendship that made them best friends in High School.
