Meral is a divorced mother living with her six-year-old daughter Elif. One day, Elif disappears. Despite all efforts to search for her, she in not found. Meral’s former husband and lawyer Turgay take part in the search. During their investigation, Meral and Turgay become clo ser. A love relationship starts between these two loners.

The film tells the story of Ahmet's struggle to build a bridge in his village after losing his mother in the Euphrates River. Ahmet's mother drowns in the Euphrates River while being taken to give birth. Left orphaned, Ahmet is raised by Hasan, a ferryman who acts as a father figure to him. After finishing school and becoming an engineer, Ahmet returns to his village. His return brings joy to Hasan, his friend Osman, and his beloved Zeynep. However, Ahmet's desire to build a bridge over the river will cast a shadow over this happiness.

The film depicts the struggles of a poor family. A father who repairs shoes works alongside his two sons. The father wants his eldest son, Mehmet, to find another job. Mehmet decides to work as a cotton picker with his wife and children. Ali, the younger son who cannot get along with his father, also begins working with them. The father suggests that they all work together to pool their money and then renovate the shop. Upon this, the entire family goes to pick cotton. However, things will not go as planned for the family embarking on this new venture.

Taxi driver Mehmet and shop attendant Sibel is preparing for marriage. The taxi's owner is the father of İbrahim, Mehmet's close friend who is secretly in love with Sibel. After his father passes away, he starts living a rich life from his fathers heritage. A love triangle begins to fold between Mehmet, İbrahim and Sibel.

Sibel is a woman who has dedicated her life to her autistic daughter Hazan, her husband Okan, and her eldest son Yaman. Although she is willing to do anything for her family, she realizes that her husband and son do not accept Hazan. Trying to keep her crumbling family together, Sibel learns that she has contracted a deadly disease during these difficult times. There is a risky surgery that must be performed. Standing on the thin line between life and death, Sibel decides to bring her family together no matter what before the surgery. In this process, she is forced to confront truths about her family that she was unaware of.
