Satoshi Itomura is an assistant police investigator who belongs to the Metropolitan Police Department’s Scientific Investigation Team. Reenactments, fingerprint and voice data collections, profiling... His team collects scientific evidence and pieces together fragments of information in order to help build evidences. However, Itomura often does not care about the scientific approach and instead pays a great deal of attention to the things that the victims always carried with them or treasured. And he focuses on these things because they usually carry the victim’s dying wishes, understanding that last message not only helps solve the cases but also brings closure to the depressed family of victims.

65 million years ago, the knights of the Ryusoul Tribe were selected to participate in a war campaign against the dictating Druidon Tribe who sought to rule Earth. Ryōmaden is the 49th NHK Taiga drama. It was shown on NHK from January 3 to November 28, 2010 spanning 48 episodes. The story centers on the life of 19th-century Japanese historical figures Iwasaki Yatarō and Sakamoto Ryōma. It has been announced that the series will be aired in several other countries, for example Hong Kong, South Korea, Taiwan and Thailand.

Another being from Nebula M-78, identical to the original Ultraman, combines with car racer-turned-MAT patrol member Hideki Gô, and fights assorted menaces in a frightening new "Age of Monsters."

Godzilla Island was a television show spinoff of the Godzilla franchise. It premiered on October 6, 1997, and ran for a total of 256 three-minute episodes, finishing on September 30, 1998. The series was divided into 22 different stories (Sagas). Set in 2097, most monsters live on an island out in the Pacific Ocean. This live-action Japanese TV series is based on Tetsu Adachi's manga. The series is split into two parts, each one consisting of six episodes. The first part is based on the manga's original storyline and, of course, focuses on Keiko Nakadai and her infamous rise to fame. The second part, on the other hand, has a completely original storyline made exclusively for this TV series that focuses on the adventures of another woman, Ryoko Makino, after she is chosen as a new weather anchor on TV.

Super Robot Mach Baron is a Japanese tokusatsu series that aired from October 7, 1974, to March 31, 1975. It was a sequel to Super Robot Red Baron. Somewhere in Asia, the series was adapted into a 86-minute feature film which used footage from the original series. That movie was also released in Spain and Germany.

Like the opera, the story is set in Nagasaki in the early 1900s. It portrays the ups and downs of a young woman known as Butterfly, who lost her parents at a young age and has become an apprentice geisha. She later meets a naval officer and gets married, though the officer intends for the marriage to last only while he is stationed in Nagasaki.

In the beginning of the movie, 20 years ago, on the moon, the 4 Ultra brothers, Ultraman, Seven, Jack, and Ace were fighting a deadly foe known as Yapool, a monster that was several times their size. As they fought, Yapool had a clear advantage and used his several claws to grasp the brothers, although, they managed to clear from the claws through there powers and used a combined Specium Ray to no avail. The monster then flies off to Earth to dodge the attack and the brothers follow. The brothers were barely able to defeat Yapool but the monster still needed to be sealed. However, to seal Yapool away they were forced to give up the ability to transform, and took up jobs to be in the area of Kobe in case the monster ever returned.

Mizutani Kei, who starred in the V Cinema production A Weather Woman that also gained popularity overseas, gives a delightfully humorous performance as the battling protagonist who gives up a glamorous nightclub career to take up farming. Thirty-five-year-old bar worker Yukie (Mizutani) marries customer Jotaro (Hamada Manabu), the eldest son of a farming family. She revels in the humble joy of being a farmer's wife. Then one day, a man named Mishima (Yoshioka Mutsuo) who once deceived Yukie reappears, and seeks a physical relationship with her.

In the early 1990s, experiments were carried out secretly in Japan. Two different methods were used in the experiments. One method involved forcing stress upon expecting parents and when the baby was born, provoke the baby into mutations and develop their special abilities. The other method involved birth to babies having abilities of animals and insects. The special abilities were derived from gene manipulation. Subaru, Saya and others were born from those experiments.

Mayumi and the other students are suspected of cheating and put in the torture room, where a device is waiting on them. However, this is all a ruse to make Kekko Kamen appear!

A vampire, Brado, becomes responsible for taking care of a girl, Setsuna, in exchange for his life saved by the evil that created her. The evil tells him that if she doesn't have sex for a hundred days, she'll become a full-fledged vampire, and Brado will be able to gain complete control of her. However, if he breaks the promise, both of them will die, so he reluctantly takes on the care of her. While he sleeps, Setsuna begins going to nearby town and gradually learns how precious human lives are through her observations. When she meets a young priest in a church, her affection to humans becomes stronger-- and trouble begins to brew when Brado realizes that she is falling for the priest.

Tsuruoka Itto, unmarried at 32 years old, just started a job as the janitor at an all-girls' high school, where he's found the girl he's sure he's going to marry, Asahimura Sayaka. When he hears a scream out behind the school one day, he finds Sayaka-chan fretting about a frog inside her clothes, a problem compounded by her frog allergy which soon causes her to faint. Neither the teacher on the scene nor Sayaka's friend will touch the exotic-looking pink frog for fear of poison, which leaves Itto to put his body on the line to save Sayaka-chan. When he finally manages to fish out the frog, it's latched onto a cut on his finger and sucking his blood. Itto in turn soon faints from blood loss, and when he wakes up, he's going to find himself a whole new man...
