Confronting a mysterious enemy, the Pteranodon Yummy, Kamen Rider W receives aid from Ryu, who has infuriated Akiko by being too busy to attend her wedding! Akiko demands to know why he even became a Kamen Rider in the first place and the Pteranodon Yummy as it uses the Memory Memory on her to give her the answer to her question. Meanwhile, at the Kougami Foundation, Kousei Kougami talks of the most avaricious man in Japan, Oda Nobunaga, whose final resting place was found. With Doctor Maki overseeing the process, Kougami commissions the creation of a Cell Medal homunculus based on Nobunaga himself. Later, Kamen Rider Core begins to destroy the area as Kamen Riders OOO and W team up to fight the enemy. However, Kamen Rider Core proves too powerful and the two go underground to destroy the Gaia Memory’s source of power to even the odds.

Serving as the true ending to Kamen Rider Decade and revealing the origins of Kamen Rider W, this movie is split into three parts. In "Kamen Rider Decade: Final Chapter", Tsukasa Kadoya fully embraces his title as the Destroyer of Worlds. In "Kamen Rider W: Begins Night", Shotaro and Philip recount the night on when it all began. Elements of both parts converge in the movie's final part, "Movie War 2010" as our heroes fight the forces of Super Shocker.

The story is divided in three portions. The Kamen Rider Wizard portion, Kamen Rider Wizard: The Promised Place, taking place after the finale and defeating Amadum. The Kamen Rider Gaim's portion of the film is titled Kamen Rider Gaim: Sengoku Battle Royale!. A battle royale is being held exclusively for the Armored Riders in Zawame City. In the final portion of the film, titled Sengoku Movie Battle, Kamen Riders Wizard and Beast join Kamen Rider Gaim in the alternate world to stop Kamen Rider Bujin Gaim from acquiring the "ultimate power" he seeks.

Rinne Kudo, who is studying abroad in England, sees her classmate kidnapped by Yoko Minato right in front of her. Rinne returns to Japan with Sophia's guidance, who is investigating a series of female kidnappings, and decides to investigate the case with Girls Remix. They head to the scene of the crime with Reika Shindai to investigate a case suspected to involve an alchemist. At that moment, Yoko appears again and attacks them, but a woman who looks like Clotho appears and fights Yoko. Will Rinne be able to solve the case and save her classmates?!

Set primarily before the events of Kamen Rider W Forever, Kamen Rider Eternal tells the story of Daido Katsumi, the formation of NEVER, the mission that led them to target Fuuto, and reveals just how Daido obtained his Lost Driver and got his first taste of the power of Kamen Rider Eternal. As a mysterious woman retells this story to Phillip and Shotaro, they realize that Daido may not have been the simple monster he first appeared to be…

While settling into married life with Akiko, Ryu is brought into a case involving a woman named Katsuragi Aoi, a member of a pickpocketing ring with most of her teammates murdered from unknown masked vigilantes that Ryu fought as Accel. As the details of the case begin to unravel, Ryu is framed and Akiko believes that he may not be faithful to her. As the clock ticks down, Ryu must solve the case, clear his name, and save his marriage before everything comes to an explosive end!

After losing a street race to Tatsuya Shima's legendary "Blackbird" Porsche 911 Turbo, high school student Akio Asakura purchases a heavily-modified first-generation Datsun S30 Fairlady Z from a junkyard. The car has a dark history of accidents, leading some to believe it's cursed; hence its nickname "Devil Z." High school student Kasumi Ogino is a member of the school choir and after years of praise for her singing voice thinks she is the absolute bee’s knees. Azusa Shiratori (Yui Ichikawa) is the only child of the president of "Shiratori Girls Pro Wrestling" - a small female professional wrestling league. After the death of her father from an illness, Azusa struggles to keep the wrestling league afloat. The company is near bankruptcy with large debts. On the day of a wrestling match, the referee leaves behind a brief note stating that he quit. He also disappears without a trace. Azusa is now in a serious jam, needing a replacement referee. Azusa then stumbles across a Korean guy (Lee Hong-Ki) she meets on the street. She persuades the man to become a referee for just one day. Unbeknown to Azusa, the man is also a popular star in South Korea. In order to keep "Shiratori Girls Pro Wrestling" afloat, they then join forces to go up against a rival pro-wrestling organization.
