Life unravels when famous radio talk-show host Carmen (Sylvia Pinal) discovers she has just months to live. To tie up the loose ends of her life, she hires a chauffeur to drive her around Mexico City and visit her old haunts. But he does far more than that; instead, he gives her life a much-needed spark and shows her the road to happiness. Alonso Echanove and Raul Araiza Jr. co-star.

The film got its inspiration from a real life character that killed policemen in the streets. The film narrates just how this man was pushed to committing crime.

Their communication via text, voicemail, and video is sporadic and frustrating, but is nevertheless a source of comfort, and their longing remains intense despite the distance. When Mundo returns, the stakes for Marisol are even higher, and it's no longer a question of whether things will come to a head, but how and when. Might their desire and desperation ultimately play to her advantage?

One day, La Güera's cousin asks her for help in admitting her young son Samuel to the center; La Güera goes to invite him to join the rehabilitation center. Samuel refuses and is taken there by force, which complicates his adjustment to the place. La Güera tries to encourage him and give him attention so that he can get used to his new surroundings. Everything seems to be going well when an armed group bursts in and takes several inmates, including Samuel. La Güera is forced to turn to one of her associates to get him back, revealing a dark secret.

Set in Mexico City, Mentiras Piadosas is the doomed love story of Clara and Israel. She is a health inspector and he is an herb merchant, who is obsessed with the construction of an enormous model of the ancient city of Tenochtitlan. They both decide to leave their respective partners to live together, however, jealousy, blackmail and guilt will become unbreakable patterns destroying their tragic relationship

Adapted by writer/director Fernando Sariñana from the stories by Juan Madrid, Ciudades Oscuras (Dark Cities) tells a story of interwoven lives in the seedy underbelly of Mexico City. The several different story lines concern hooker Lola (Dolores Heredia); her drug addict son Fede (Diego Luna); her friend Zeze (Zaide Silvia Gutierrez); Zeze's daughter Susana (Jimena Ayala); and junkie Vicente (Roberto Sosa). The film narrates the discovery of the last great Mayan city, which occurred during the spring of 1946. El extraño retorno de Diana Salazar is a 1988 Mexican telenovela starring Lucía Méndez and Jorge Martinez. It is an unusual example of a telenovela which addresses supernatural topics.

Al filo de la muerte is a Mexican telenovela produced by Emilio Larrosa for Televisa and originally broadcast on Canal de las Estrellas from June 17, 1991, to February 21, 1992. Created by Fernanda Villeli and Marcia Yance, the telenovela stars Humberto Zurita and Gabriela Rivero. The story follows Tracy López, a young nurse living in Los Angeles whose life is turned upside down after she witnesses her boyfriend commit a murder. Placed in the Witness Protection Program under the new identity of Mariela Foret, she flees to Mexico City, where she begins working at a prestigious hospital. There she meets cardiologist Francisco Riquer, and despite their difficult first encounters, they fall in love while facing danger, revenge, and the lingering threat of Tracy's criminal past.

It tells the story of Carlota and Cordelia, the first a modest and withdrawn girl and the second, an ambitious and daring woman. What's similar about them is their appearance: they're identical, but they're not twin sisters. But fate will make doctor Álvaro cross their path.

Canción de amor is a Mexican youth telenovela produced by Luis de Llano Macedo for Televisa and originally broadcast on Canal de las Estrellas from May 13 to September 13, 1996. It is an adaptation of the 1982 Argentine telenovela Los cien días de Ana, created by Osvaldo Dragún. The telenovela stars Eduardo Capetillo and Lorena Rojas. The story follows Ana Guzmán, a young woman whose life changes after she falls in love with Renzo, an aspiring rock singer, shortly after being diagnosed with leukemia. Determined to live every moment to the fullest, Ana supports Renzo's dreams while the couple faces love, illness, separation, and the emotional challenges that test the strength of their relationship.
