Dr. Ivar Andersson, introduced by his colleague, Sigrid Mall, is the new German teacher for the underclassmen in a girl’s high school. Identities are changed in the Austrian countryside. A simple woman does this to test the affections of a store manager, he too changes character several times and there are other locals who do this as well.

A girl from a wealthy industrial family falls in love with a car mechanic. He is not interested in her, so she follows him and his friends on a group tour and goes to great lengths to finally win his affections.
