Three best friends Danny, Boy and Adam love doing paranormal-related activities at secluded places in order to confirm the existence of ghosts. The trio then goes to an abandoned bungalow that has a dark history behind it, where one of the residents was accused of unconsciously killing his family members.

Kembar Siang is about a pair of twins named Awal and Awi (both played Kamal Adli). Awal is the elder of the two and Awi is mentally ill, due to a fever when he was young. Now, in "Adnan Sempit 2", it sees Shaheizy Sam reprising his role as Adnan, and his trials and tribulations in life and his relationship with Nadia.
