Born in Gombong (Central Java). Comedian "intellectual" who has the title Drs. this first appeared with his friends on the Warung Kopi chat program on Prambors radio. The program crew itself is Tommy Lesanpura (programmer), Kasino, Rudy, Badil, Nanu. Then Tommy was replaced by Dono, while the place where Badil (who had resigned) was filled by Indro. Their group's "real" name was Warkop Prambors when it first appeared on the TVRI Terminal of Youth program, then followed by the film Mana Tahaaan (1979). Since from Prambors radio there is a new comedy group, Sersan (Serious But Relaxed) Prambors, so Kasino and friends are asked to "change" their names. Warkop DKI was chosen (Dono, Kasino, Indro). Their formula in wide screen films is a joke that leads to slapstick coupled with a voluptuous actress. It turned out that this recipe continued into the TV series (soap opera) series titled Warkop DKI (1995), when the national films were lethargic.

MovieComedyKasino tries to impress Vera, who wants to act in a movie. Kasino convinces her that he has a famous film director friend, Indro, who recently returned from abroad. On a holiday, Indro, Susan and Henny go on a camping trip. Kasino, who brings Vera along, has initiated this trip. Lola brings along Dono. She is actually after Indro while Dono is after her. Vera, who believes that Indro is a film director, goes after him. More misunderstandings occur until Kasino’s lie is finally exposed. Then Kasino tries to chase another girl, this time is in a restaurant. But the girl, Julia, already has a boyfriend, Tony, a thug. Unfortunately, it is Indro who becomes the boyfriend’s jealous target. Indro is followed wherever he goes and it makes him paranoid. Dono and Kasino suggest that he hides in a coffin and they would announce that he is dead. At first, Tony believes this, but he wants to prove it himself. Luckily, Julia comes to give an explanation so Indro is rescued from his predicament.

They appear as performers and call themselves, Wow, It’s Huge. They sing covers of The Beatles, Rolling Stones, and some folk songs. In the end, the show is still a mess.

Dono and housemates immediately capture him by feeding him drugged onde-onde cakes. After the police officer has passed out, a man in a police uniform shows up, saying that he has been assigned to help them catch the robber. It turns out that this man is actually the thief, who intends to wreak revenge on Dono and friends for their attempt to capture him.

And Dono is almost fired when he overuses the company’s phone to call his girlfriend, Rita, whose suddenly disappears and leaves a baby under Dono’s care. This story, built around the three comedians, also features two beautiful young women, Linda (Sally Marcelina) and Christin (Nurul Arifin), who have been talked into moving from their dormitory to stay with the trio at their house. Linda is Kasino’s girlfriend, while Christin is dating Indro. Initially this comedy depicts the three friends appearing on a television program. Then the producer, who promises them more screen time, talks them into judging a beach beauty contest, so the film setting jumps to the beach. While there, the potential beauty queens attempt to seduce the three men. Linda and Christin, who are very angry at this, plan revenge against the three friends. The film then moves to an island where a film shoot is going on.

In this film, initially the Warkop trio are training to become security guards, whose commandant turns out to be a patient from a mental hospital. Then, they masquerade as women in order to get jobs at a company that is only hiring women. All of their career attempts end humorously.
