Film6.5Jude ve Mina, New York’ta tesadüf eseri tanışıp beraber olmaya başlarlar. Jude’un hareketli kişiliğini Mina sakinliğiyle tamamlayınca, kusursuz ilişkileri evliliğe kadar gider. Ancak bu kusursuz denge, bebeklerinin dünyaya gelmesinin ardından bozulur ve çiftin aslında ebeveynlik konusunda birbirlerinden çok farklı düşündükleri ortaya çıkar. Mina vegan beslenme ve arınmayı bir saplantı haline getirmiştir ve ağır bir diyet yapmaktadır. Üstelik bu diyeti bebeğine de uygulamaya çalışmaktadır. The relationship between these two men grows as they attempt to conquer the numbing isolation of homelessness.
