Bir taraftan “eğlenceye boğulmuş” ve çökmekte olan “soyluları ve zenginleriyle”, diğer taraftansa, Hitler ve Mussolini’nin şahsında cisimleşen pespaye bir hakimiyet tutkusuyla çok başarılı bir üslupla dalga geçerken, diğer taraftan bu kepazeliklerin ağır bedellerini de seyircinin önüne koyuyor.
