Film6.3Los Angeles'ta geçen çılgın bir gecede tanışan oyuncu Hervé Villechaize ile zor durumdaki bir gazeteci Danny Tate'in yeşillenen arkadaşlığını konu alıyor. Villechaize'i Peter Dinklage canlandırırken, gazeteci rolünde ise Jamie Dornan var. Sacha Gervasi, filmi Sean Macaulay'la birlikte yazdığı bir hikayenin kendisi tarafından yazılan senaryosuna dayanarak yönetiyor. Hikayenin temeli ise Villechaize 1993'te intihar etmeden günler önce Gervasi'e verdiği röportaja dayanıyor.
