My Love, Always

Farida marries the successful businessman Ossama, accepting her father's decision, while secretly in love with Ibrahim. She lives a miserable life with Ossama in Paris. They eventually get divorced, and Farida returns to Egypt, while suffering from a severe headache. Farida's grandmother calls Ibrahim, and he discovers that Farida is actually suffering from cancer. They both get married and live in London, not knowing when the disease will end their happiness.
