Film7.0Neill Blomkamp'ın sahibi olduğu Oats Studios'un RAKKA ve FİREBASE'den sonra 3. kısa filmi olma özelliğini taşıyan ZYGOTE kısa filminde başrolde yakından tanıdığımız Dakota Fanning oynuyor. Oats Studios'un diğer kısa filmlerine kıyasla ZYGOTE'un konusu nispeten biraz daha basit. Bu kısa film, Kuzey Kutup Dairesinde yer alan bir maden tesisinde sıkışıp kalmış iki kişinin hikayesini anlatıyor. İstasyondaki diğer çalışanların vücut parçalarından meydana gelmiş korkunç bir yaratıktan kaçmaya çalışıyorlar.
