These three characters’ stories mirror the real-life struggles faced by many senior citizens, reminding us that, despite differences in background or circumstances, the challenges of aging are universal. Through these emotional narratives, Senior Moments aims to foster empathy and a deeper understanding of the elderly, whose needs and experiences are often overlooked in today’s fast-paced world.

Film7.3Middle-aged widow Beatrice Hunsdorfer and her daughters Ruth and Matilda are struggling to survive in a society they barely understand. Epileptic Ruth is a rebellious adolescent, while shy but highly intelligent and idealistic Matilda seeks solace in her pets and school projects, including one designed to show how small amounts of radium affect marigolds.
