Bernt Hulsker says he has zero knowledge of food, and always goes for the safest option on the menu when on vacation. That's going to end now. When Bernt was visited by Kjartan Skjelde who was cleaning up his house earlier this spring, he realized that this was a friend worth spending time with, and learning more from. Bernt has therefore invited his new, good friend and master chef along on a gastronomic journey around Europe.
