In a Swiss embassy in Latin America, a team is confronted with the challenges of everyday diplomatic life, between political intrigues and private turmoil. As ambassador Bea tries to save a historic agreement, her staff constantly find themselves in absurd situations, ranging from ghosts and memory loss to a simulated earthquake drill that spirals out of control.
