After her father is murdered, Estrella, a single mother, must return to the fishing village where she was born. There she meets Fabián, a widowed fisherman who is fighting to regain custody of his teenage daughter. Love blossoms between them, but the intrigues of Érika, Fabián's ex-partner, and Sergio, an ambitious businessman and father of Estrella's daughter, will come between them. Estrella and Fabián must fight against several hurricanes to be together and, at the same time, maintain the well-being of their families.
