Bir mahalle ortamında geçen program, gerçek ve Muppet karakterlerinden oluşmaktaydı. Eğitici, öğretici ve eğlendirici öğeleriyle okul öncesi ve erken dönem okul çocukları için sevilen ve takip edilen bir program olmakla birlikte, o yıllarda bir kültür olmuş, aynı zamanda TRT klasikleri arasına girmiştir. TRT Çocuk yaz ekranından çıktıktan sonra, tekrar yayına girmiştir.
