Uncivilized

When Russia invaded Ukraine in 2022 and many people sought protection in Germany, some media outlets described them as "civilized" refugees. The hashtag #Uncivilized subsequently made the rounds online, criticizing the different assessments of refugees from different countries. The series with the same title now aims to show the lives of five post-migrant people in Germany who experience everyday racism and discrimination in the shadow of major media events.
