Dinner op Kölsch

In 2013, WDR brought the version Dinner op Kölsch to the stage. The actors are Ralf Schmitz as butler Ralph and Annette Frier as Mrs Annette. The play is set in 2064, the year in which Frier would actually turn 90. The deceased guests invited to the performance, in order of appearance, are Dirk Bach, Hans Süper, Alfred Biolek and Reiner Calmund, all of whom, with the exception of Calmund, are now actually deceased. In this play, butler Ralph stumbles over a billy goat that bleats loudly.
