Inheritance

A middle-aged man named Victor many years ago was forced to move to Italy to avoid persecution. Life abroad is smooth: there is money, work is going well, the pasta is carbonated, the pizza is replete with mounds of Parmesan. Despite this, Victor decides to return to Russia. At home, the man left behind a wife and three children, who have grown unforgivably over the past 25 years, and the father was seen only in photographs with his mother’s mezzanine.
